First Position Y:

The position of the "Y" axis while looking at the bottom left most cartridge in the tray.

Last Position X:

The position of the "X" axis while looking at the top right most cartridge in the tray.

Last Position Y:

The position of the "Y" axis while looking at the top right most cartridge in the tray.

Tray Size X:

The total number of cartridges in a column.

Tray Size Y:

The total number of cartridges in a row.

Needle

Needle Up Position:

The position (height) of the needle while the tray is in motion.

Needle Speed:

Speed of the needle in mm/min

Needle Down Position:

The position (height) of the needle while dispensing into a cartridge.

Needle offset from camera (X):

Total distance in millimeters between the center of the camera focus, and the tip of the needle.

Needle offset from camera (Y):

Total distance in millimeters between the center of the camera focus, and the tip of the needle.

Optimal Dispense Distance:

Optimal distance from cartridge center, increase to move dispense point towards outer wall.

Optimal Point Angle:

Optimal point angle for needle insertion into the cartridge. Calculated during needle calibration. This angle will be calculated dynamically if 'Outer Circle Detection' is enabled.

Retract Needle During Dispense

During a dispense cycle, the needle will begin dispensing at Needle Down Height until Needle Retraction Delay is met, then retract to the Needle Retraction Up Position at Needle Retraction Up Speed.

Needle Retraction Up Position

Position that the needle retracts to during the dispense.

Needle Retraction Delay

Delay in milliseconds before needle retraction starts

Needle Retraction Up Speed

Speed of needle retraction during dispense in mm/min.

Pump

Pump Charge Limit:

The position of the pump while fully charged with fluid. Max value is 3000 = 5mL

Pump Positional Delta:

The distance to move the pump during each dispense motion, increase or decrease to adjust dispensed volume.

Pump Charge Dwell Time:

The total time in milliseconds to wait between charging and dispensing the pump.

Pump Dispense Dwell Time:

The total time in milliseconds to wait between dispensing fluid and moving the needle.

Charging Speed

The pump speed while charging.

The pump speed settings are as follows. 1 is the fastest, 20 is the slowest.

Dispensing Speed:

The pump speed while dispensing.

See table above in "Speed of the pump while charging" for appropriate values.

Clean Pump Speed:

The speed of the pump during a clean cycle.

See table above in "Speed of the pump while charging" for appropriate values.

Clean Cycle Count

The total number of cycles to move the pump while performing a clean operation.

Dispense Relief Delta

The position to move the pump to after a dispense operation, but before moving the valve to the input position. This will suck up a small amount of fluid back into the needle-tip to prevent drips.

Dry Cycle Speed

The speed of the pump during a dry cycle.

See table above in "Speed of the pump while charging" for appropriate values.

Dry Cycle Count

The total number of cycles to move the pump while performing a drying operation.

The total number of cycles to move the pump while performing a drying operation.

Optical

Optical Scaler X

The scaler used for translating the number of pixels into table movements in millimeters.

Optical Scaler Y

The scaler used for translating the number of pixels into table movements in millimeters.

Table

Table Speed

Maximum movement speed of the table in mm/min.

Heaters

Chamber Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the heater-core which heats the chamber and dispensing lines. Set in degrees Celsius.

Needle Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the heated needle assembly. Set in degrees Celsius.

Reservoir Heater Setpoint

The temperature to maintain in the reservoir. Set in degrees Celsius.

Drip Container

Drip Container X coordinate:

The position of the "X" axis while directly over the drip container.

Drip Container Y coordinate:

The position of the "Y" axis while directly over the drip container.

Camera

Maximum Alignment Distance:

Maximum distance movement allowable by align function before error in mm.

Alignment Sensitivity Threshold:

The total centering error allowed before completing an alignment cycle.

Typical ranges should be between .08 and .25. The lower the sensitivity setpoint, the lower the accumulator threshold should be set during camera setup. Improper setup can result in alignment failures.

Alignment Delay:

The delay in milliseconds between a table movement and a camera alignment reading.

Camera Slider

Location of camera slider

Position of the camera gantry, or F-axis.

Speed of camera slider

Speed of the camera gantry, or F-axis, in mm/min.
